Headstock360 is an executive, performance and personal coaching company located in Calgary, Alberta with clients across the world.  Our vision is to demystify personal growth and development creating a world where everyone has access to tested and proven knowledge, strategies, and recipes that help them to actually improve themselves and their lives.

Black Sheep Warning: We’re not like other coaches or coaching organizations. We won’t ask you what ‘a scrumptious life’ would look like. We don’t use irritating life coach phrases like ‘let me hold the space for you while we discuss this’. We believe in being completely real with our clients in order to help them understand, navigate and succeed in reality rather than in La La land. Our clients understand that their leadership, career, relationships, life circumstances and results are not random. They are the direct result of their chosen identity, psychology, clarity of vision, behaviours, routines, habits and the actions they choose take on a daily basis.
